           黄瑾辉,博士,教授,博士生导师。教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划入选者,国家注册环境影响评价工程师,国家自然科学基金评议专家,中国环境科学学会水处理与回用专业委会委员。湖南邵阳隆回人。先后公开发表论文130余篇,申请国家发明专利8项。主持国家自然科学基金3项、教育部科学技术研究项目1项、新世纪优秀人才支持计划1项、湖南省高新技术产业科技创新引领计划1项、湖南省教育厅科学研究项目、湖南省水利科技项目1项,先后参加科技部“863”计划项目、科技部国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划1项)、国家自然科学基金项目等国家、省部级项目150余项。获得湖南省科学技术进步一等奖1项,二等奖1项。

主要研究方向:
(1)水污染控制工程:污水处理新技术,水处理功能型材料,新型膜过程与集成,膜生物反应器原理与应用,光催化-膜水处理;
(2)环境系统工程:环境规划,环境影响评价,环境风险评价等。

1、教育及工作经历
1991年-1998年期间就读于湖南大学环境工程系环境工程专业,1995年获学士学位,1997年获工学硕士学位,1998年至今留校,2007年获环境工程专业博士学位,2011年-2012年期间于美国the Pennyslvania State University土木与环境工程系访学。
