               刘玉堂,男,1971年出生,中共党员,理学博士,环境科学与工程学院硕士、博士生导师,环境生物与控制教育部重点实验室(湖南大学)特聘研究员。Applied Catalysis B: Environmental、ACS Nano、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Chemical Engineering Journal等多种国际SCI杂志审稿人,国家自科基金、省自科基金通讯评审专家,省科技重大专项评审专家。
   主要从事光催化纳米材料的开发及其在环境能源领域的应用,重金属废水与难降解有机废水处理的理论与工程研究,并取得多项研究成果。近年来,在Applied Catalysis B: Environmental(SCI 2018 IF=14.229),Journal of Materials Chemistry A(SCI 2018 IF=10.733), ACS  Applied Materials & Interfaces (SCI 2018 IF=8.456), Journal of hazardous materials(SCI 2018 IF=7.65), Chemical Engineering Journal(SCI 2018 IF=8.355),Journal of Photochemistry and Photobiology C Photochemistry Reviews(SCI 2018 IF=10.405), Bioresource Technology (SCI 2018 IF=6.669),ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering(SCI 2018 IF=6.97),Catalysis Science & Technology(SCI 2018 IF=5.726),Applied Surface Scienc(SCI 2018 IF=5.155),Chem Cat Chem(SCI 2018 IF=4.495),Journal of Colloid and Interface Science(SCI 2018 IF=6.361)等刊物上发表SCI论文50余篇,多篇论文为ESI“highly cited paper”,相关研究成果已申请专利多项。研究成果获2014年度湖南省自然科学奖一等奖(第四完成人,水中微量持久性污染物识别捕集和去除材料的构建方法和调控原理)。
