           一  基本情况
   陈耀宁,男,湖南岳阳人,教授,博士生导师,环境工程博士,国家注册环境影响评价工程师。先后发表科研论文96篇,其中SCI论文48篇;申请国家发明专利36项,获授权28项,参与编写《环境工程设计与运行案例》、《堆肥环境生物与控制》、《固体废物污染控制原理与技术》3本著作。现为Water Research、Bioresource Technology、Chemical Engineering Journal、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Journal of Cleaner Production、Science of the Total Environment、Waste Management、Journal of Environmental Sciences、Compost Science & Utilization、Environmental Science and Pollution Research、International Journal of Environmental Research & Public Health、Water、Sustainability、环境科学、环境工程学报、湖南大学学报(自然科学版)等国内外学术杂志审稿人。作为主要人员参与的项目“城市生活垃圾的资源化处理技术”成果获得2007年度湖南省科技进步一等奖(排名第三)。2008年7月获湖南大学优秀博士学位论文。

二  教育经历
   1996-2000年  北京理工大学化工与材料学院,生物化学工程专业,获工学学士学位;
   2001-2004年  湖南大学环境科学与工程学院,环境工程专业,获工学硕士学位;
   2004-2007年  湖南大学环境科学与工程学院,环境工程专业,获工学博士学位;

三  工作经历
   2007年至今留校,主讲本科生课程(环境化学),从事固体废物处理与资源化,环境生物技术、环境影响评价方面的教学与科研工作。
   2014年9月——2015年9月,美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学(The Pennsylvania State University)访问学者。

   目前主持在研:
(1)国家自然科学基金面上项目“液相介质强化迁移下秸秆/沉积物堆肥化过程中重金属迁移及形态再平衡研究 ”(No.51979104);
(2)湖南省教育厅创新平台开放基金项目“基于促腐混合菌强化的秸秆堆肥化原位修复洞庭湖湿地镉污染土壤研究”;
(3)湖南省科技厅重点研发计划“‘微生物-生物炭’多元复配重金属污染土壤专用调理菌肥研发”;
(4)参与多项国家自然科学基金研究(No.51521006;No.51578222;No.51579094)。

2001年至今,在湖南大学环境科学与工程学院学习和任教期间,已参与多个项目的研究工作:
(1) 主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目“基于种间相容性的农业废物堆肥混合微生物接种剂的组配筛选方法及机理”(No.50808072);
(2)主持湖南省自然科学基金项目“城市生活垃圾好氧堆肥降温期内外源微生物的相容接种及效应”(No.13JJB002);
(3) 参与国家“十五”高科技计划项目(863计划项目)“城市生活垃圾资源化利用技术及设备研究——基于生物与自动化高科技的城市生活垃圾高效堆肥技术与设备研究”(No.2001AA644020, 2003AA644010, 2004AA649370),从事堆肥化中微生物复合菌剂的筛选及其应用研究;
(4) 参与国家基础研究计划项目(973计划项目)“环境生物技术与控制”(No.2005CB724203),从事微生物混合培养及应用研究;
(5) 参与湖南省科技重大专项(2009FJ1010)的研究;
(6) 参与国家水体污染控制与治理科技重大专项(2009ZX07212-001-02);
(7) 参与国家自然科学基金项目(No.50608029; No.50908078; No.50978088; No.50978087; No.21276069);
(8)参与国家自然科学基金创新群体基金“湖泊污染湿地修复”(项目骨干)。

四  研究领域
   目前主要开展环境功能材料、固体废物的处理与资源化和土壤污染修复的研究,主要涉及:(1)木质纤维素类废物堆肥化处理及资源化;(2)水体沉积物和土壤中难降解有机物的生物修复;(3)土壤及水体沉积物中重金属污染修复;(4)环境功能材料研制及其在重金属和有机物污染修复中的应用。
