程敏,男,工学博士,中国青少年科技创新奖获得者,中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文获得者,高廷耀环保基金会“博士生杰出人才奖学金”获得者,湖南大学副教授、岳麓学者,环境工程系副主任。主持国家自然科学基金面上基金,国家自然科学基金青年基金,湖南省自然科学基金青年基金、长沙市自然科学基金等科研项目,已发表国际高水平学术论文100余篇,SCI他引14000余次,H index=71。(42篇论文上榜ESI Highly Cited Paper高被引论文,28篇论文上榜ESI Hot Paper热点论文),SCI总被引8000余次,H index= 57。以第一或通讯作者在Energy & Environmental Science\Water Research、Advanced Functional Materials、Advanced Energy Materials等期刊发表学术论文50余篇,其中SCI IF>10论文31篇,16篇上榜ESI Highly Cited Paper高被引论文,8篇上榜ESI Hot Paper热点论文),并兼任Water Research等多个国际期刊审稿人;申请国家发明专利40余项,授权国家发明专利20余项,编写专著《金属有机骨架功能材料-环境及健康领域应用》(科学出版社,46.6万字)。2020-2023年连续四年入选斯坦福大学发布的“全球前2%顶尖科学家”榜单,2021-2023年连续三次进入全球学者库网站发布的“全球顶尖前10万科学家”排名。
