极惊喜！ 极遗憾！黄彬彬Research paper投稿Science没接受，极接近接受 (该新闻发布时间：2013-03-07） 2013年03月07日收到Science编辑部Senior Editor Phil Szuromi 的邮件，我们院28岁青年教师黄彬彬博士讲师（第一作者）与意大利Christian Durante教授（Dipartimento di Scienze Chimiche, Università degli Studi di Padova,Via Marzolo 1, 35131 Padova, Italy）合作成果Research paper“Highly Selective Eletrochemical Hydrogenation of Acetylene at Ag and Cu Cathodes”投稿Science，没接受，极接近接受。论文投稿结果极惊喜！ 极遗憾！ Science 的Senior Editor Phil Szuromi 给该论文是否接受的意见是由于“Unfortunately they are not positive enough to support publication of the paper in Science”（匿名审稿人没有足够支持该论文发表）建议“We hope that you find the comments helpful in preparing the manuscript for submission to another journal”（论文改投其他刊物 ）。 其实，匿名审稿人已足够支持该论文在 Science 发表。 第一个匿名审稿人对论文的评价是“The authors’ results are certainly unusual and highly interesting”（作者的结果非常不一般并非常有趣），建议作者“In a revised manuscript, the authors need to address the practicality of their approach”(修改论文后在Science发表)。 第二个匿名审稿人对论文的评价是“In my opinion the paper reports a major breakthrough in the field concerning the possible utilization of an electrochemical tool under mild conditions to convert alkynes in olefines. Data and methods substantiate rigorously the conclusions. Conclusions are novel and of high interest. Hence, the paper, in my opinion could be suitable for publication on Science”（作者的工作有重大突破，论文的数据和方法严格地支持了论文结果，论文结果是原创的和非常有趣的，建议论文在Science发表）。 尽管极遗憾，Science 的Senior Editor Phil Szuromi ，以匿名审稿人没有足够支持该论文发表为理由，没有接受论文在Science发表，我们也极惊喜地看到，两位Science 的匿名审稿人给予该论文成果极高评价（工作非常不一般并非常有趣；工作有重大突破，论文的数据和方法严格地支持了论文结果，论文结果是原创的和非常有趣的。等等），该论文已极接近被Science接受发表。 除了黄彬彬博士讲师有稿件投稿Science ，我们还有其他老师和学生投稿Science。我们鼓励支持表彰大家论文投稿Science。我们要做一流的成果，培养一流的学生，发表一流的论文！我们的研究成果与Science已经如此之近！坚信再有两年或三年或四年或五年，我们一定会有论文在Science、Nature等国际最高级水平刊物发表。 我们号召环境学院全体师生向黄彬彬博士讲师学习！请大家多与黄彬彬交流研究和投稿体会,比如Science要什么样的论文？研究中如何找到创新点？投稿Science要注意什么样的问题? 等等，尽快在Science、Nature等国际最高级水平刊物发表我们的成果,提高我们学院在国际国内的影响力。 附件:Editor's decision and two reviewer's comments |
